Right-of-Way Application 

When submitting a solar or wind energy application, an application filing fee must be submitted at the same time of the application.  If the application is for an energy development, then the application must include a schedule for submittal of your project’s Plan of Development and an applicant must be ready to participate in two preliminary application review meetings to help with project siting and design, avoiding and minimizing impacts the project would have to the public land, and reducing the BLM’s processing timeframes.  

All applications are submitted on Standard Form (SF)-299.
