Welcome to the Twin Falls District Resource Advisory Council (RAC). This 15-member council meets quarterly and provides advice and recommendations to the BLM on resource and land management issues covering nearly 3.9 million acres of public lands in south central Idaho. The issues that drive discussion around the Twin Falls District RAC table are dynamic and include geothermal energy development, livestock grazing permit renewal, resource and travel management planning along with a host of cultural, recreation and wild horse issues.
