May wild horse and burro adoption events in Wyoming

Bureau of Land Management Wyoming will hold three wild horse and burro adoptions this May. Animals will be offered to qualified adopters both online and at in-person competitive bid adoptions for a $125 minimum fee.

BLM extends public scoping period for Jackalope Wind Energy Project in Wyoming

The Bureau of Land Management has extended the public scoping period for the Jackalope Wind Energy project to May 2, 2024. This 15-day extension will provide time for additional public input to inform development of an environmental impact statement for the project.

BLM seeks public comment for December 2024 oil and gas lease sale in Wyoming

The Bureau of Land Management Wyoming State Office today opened a 30-day public scoping period to receive public input on 14 oil and gas parcels totaling 6,762.47 acres that may be included in a December 2024 lease sale in Wyoming. The comment period ends May 10, 2024.
