Colorado Public Room
The Public Room is now open at Building 40 on the Denver Federal Center Campus. The public room is open M-F, 8:30 am - 4 pm and is closed for federal holidays.
Individuals who need to file mining claim paperwork can visit the public room during business hours or mail their paperwork and associated fees via United States Postal Service: BLM Colorado State Office P.O. Box 151029 Lakewood, CO 80215 or via Federal Express: BLM Colorado State Office, Denver Federal Center, Building 40, Door W-3, Lakewood, CO 80225.

All visitors wishing to conduct business at the Public Room will need to enter the secured Denver Federal Center campus using the visitor gates (Gate 1, Gate 4 and Gate 5). Visitors will be required to present a valid photo I.D. Weapons and pets are not permitted on the Denver Federal Center campus. Visitor parking is available at Building 40.

The Andy Senti Public Information Center in the BLM Colorado State Office is a great place to find resources and information about your public lands. Staff can assist you with research and interpretation of BLM records and answer general questions about all BLM programs.
