Roseburg, OR. – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will be carrying out culvert replacements along Union Creek Road beginning April 30 and concluding by May 18, 2018. The public should expect daily closures on Union Creek Road between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., lasting up to 2 hours.
