Participants will work with Bureau of Land Management staff to install signs welcoming visitors to the Basin and Range National Monument. Signs will be erected on the Monument’s northern, western and southern boundaries.

The Bureau of Land Management is partnering with the Fernley Rotary Club, Oregon California Trails Association, Desert Pigs, and Olcese Waste Services to host a Fernley Swales Cleanup for National Public Lands Day 2024.

The project will be a day of cleaning and upgrading facilities within the City of Main Street, on public lands along the Susan River and Bizz Johnson Trail and at the Historic Railroad Depot.

The BLM will host picnic table painting, trail maintenance, vault toilet painting and pollinator garden maintenance in Water Canyon Recreation Area.

On September 28, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Las Cruces District Office is celebrating National Public Lands Day by inviting volunteers to help collect trash on public lands north of Sonoma Ranch Road.

Join the Tonopah Field Office for the Bureau of Land Management for a Recreational Improvement Installation and Clean Up event at Crescent Sand Dunes on September 28, 2024.

Volunteers will work with staff to repair fence, clean fire rings and pick up trash in popular boating sites along the Arkansas River.

As part of the annual National Public Lands Day, the Bureau of Land Management seeks 35 volunteers to help us install two new benches at the La Ventana Arch, part of the El Malpais National Conservation Area near Grants, New Mexico.
