My Wild Horse Story: Megan Weber
By Megan Weber
I had always wanted to adopt and train a wild horse and a year ago I finally got the chance. It took Remi a long time before he fully trusted me, and we weren’t sure how long it would be until I was going to be able to start riding him. However, once he realized he could trust me, he has just sprouted and has come so far since then. He’s been under saddle for about seven months and everyday we are getting closer to our goal of competing in three day eventing competitions. He is now super friendly and just adores human interactions, he absolutely loves his job and really enjoys going for a ride. Remi has come so far in the last year and I cannot wait to see where he’ll be in another next year from now.
