General parking for the site is in a paved lot with 7 striped spaces that can accommodate vehicles with trailers. None of these spaces are designated as accessible but the entire lot would be suitable for wheelchair users.  

Additional paved parking is available near the double vault toilet and the picnic pavilion, both of which have a designated accessible space with an access aisle for vans. There are also paved parking spurs at each campsite in the campground.  

A partially shaded kiosk, with site and safety information, and an iron ranger fee-box sit next to the paved road near the entrance.  

At the double vault toilet, a 4-foot-wide concrete sidewalk leads from the accessible parking space to toilet entry. Bear-resistant trash cans sit on concrete next to the parking space here and at the picnic pavilion. These trash cans may present challenges for visitors with limited dexterity. 

The sidewalk extends southward from the toilet, connecting it with the picnic pavilion. On the way, a concrete spur with a slope of 5 percent or less leads to 2 angled signs with details about Tower Rock. The signs, attached to boulders, are at a good height to read in a seated position and complement dramatic views of the rock. 

Just south of the signs is the picnic pavilion, with a pair of 16-foot-long accessible tables, both of which have cut-outs from the bench seating to accommodate wheelchair users.  A large grill sits on concrete next to the covered pavilion.  

South of the picnic pavilion is an accessible fishing area, which is next to a concrete boat ramp. The fishing area has a concrete surface, and there are four separate fishing platforms with wheel stops and railings. The boat ramp has a steep slope, which may be challenging for some visitors with mobility devices to use. 

The campground has 6 individual campsites, 4 of which, numbers 1-4, are designated as accessible. These 4 RV sites at the campground have paved parking next to the picnic table, a fire ring, and a standing grill. To reach the 2 tent sites, visitors must travel through grass and dirt. Tent site number 5 has an elevated tent pad. 

All the campsites are delineated by railroad ties. Erosion may cause a lip between these ties and the gravel surface, presenting a challenge for mobility device users.
