The Online Corral hosts periodic events to offer wild horses and burros for adoption online via competitive bid. Adopters may elect to pick-up their animal from an identified pick-up locations.

- Adopt at a facility event
The BLM has a network of wild horse and burro off-range corrals that offer wild horses and burros for adoption. Many facilities have regular business hours during which an appointment can be made. Visit our Facilities Page for more information about each of our facilities.
Some facilities host weekly, monthly or quarterly events that allow for walk-up adoptions - no appointment needed. See schedule of regularly occurring facility events below.

Featured Video
Tank the mustang was adopted, trained and shown by Cory Bourque in the 2016 Louisiana Extreme Mustang Makeover where they placed fourth overall. Tank is a 6-year-old gathered from the East Douglas, Colorado herd management area.
