Glennallen Field Office main building in Summer

Glennallen Field Office

The Glennallen Field Office manages 4.3 million acres of public lands located in southcentral and southeast Alaska. Recreational opportunities abound with ample camping, boating, hunting and fishing. The Gulkana Wild and Scenic River is one of the top 5 most floated rivers in Alaska, and is known for its spectacular sport fishing. The Delta Wild and Scenic River watershed originates south of the Denali Highway and includes all of the Upper and Lower Tangle Lakes, and the Tangle and Delta rivers, providing ideal habitat for over 100 species of migrating birds and waterfowl.
