Notices & Rules

The Federal Register is the official daily publication for notices, proposed rules and final rules of Federal agencies. The BLM uses the Federal Register to announce and explain our plans to solve problems and accomplish goals, and to give the public an opportunity to comment on the actions we propose. We encourage citizens to make their voices heard on the issues that are important to them.
