BLM Issues Decision on the 2026 Upper Willamette Field Office Oak Basin Tree Farm Restoration Project
The Bureau of Land Management Northwest Oregon District Upper Willamette Field Office has issued a decision record for a Determination of NEPA Adequacy (DNA) regarding the 2026 Oak Basin Tree Farm Restoration Project, which would provide prairie restoration actions to benefit federally threatened Fender’s blue butterfly and Kincaid’s lupine.
