Lakeview Field Office Issues Proposed Decision on Clover Flat Grazing Permit
The Bureau of Land Management Lakeview Field Office has issued a proposed decision record for an environmental assessment (EA) to modify grazing management within the Clover Flat Allotment (0407). The proposed action includes changing from 200 AUMs to up to 600 AUMs through the authorization of up to 400 Temporary Non-Renewable (TNR) AUMs in the Seeding Pasture and changing the season of use in the Schoolhouse North and South Pastures from April 1-June 1 to September 1-November 30.
The Clover Flat Allotment is located approximately six miles west of Valley Falls, Oregon, within greater sage-grouse Priority Habitat Management Area, and the Red Knoll ACEC.
