Pahranagat Wildlife Refuge

This General Land Office Record of the Week travels to Pahranagat Wildlife Refuge in Alamo, Nevada, roughly 90 miles north of Las Vegas. With plenty of activities for visitors and a vast array of bird species, the 5,380-acre refuge is a remarkable oasis for people and animals alike in the Nevada desert. The GLO website provides live access to Federal land conveyance records for the Public Land States, including image access to more than 12 million federal land title records issued between 1788 and the present.
