Subject:           Availability of Revised Bureau of Land Management Forms 4120-6 and 4120-7

Program Area: Grazing Administration.

Purpose: This Instruction Memorandum (IM) announces the availability of the revised Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Forms 4120-6 and 4120-7.

Administrative or Mission Related:  Mission Related.

Policy/Action: All field offices should begin using the updated Forms 4120-6 and 4120-7 (May 2020 edition) immediately. Dispose of both paper and electronic copies of the previous version of these forms.  The updated fillable forms are available in Adobe Acrobat “portable document file” (.pdf) on the BLM’s External Forms website at https://www.blm.gov/services/electronic-forms.

Timeframe: This IM is effective immediately.

Budget Impact: None

Background: The BLM uses these forms to collect information required to authorize temporary range improvements and to document agreements for cooperative range improvements on public lands (see 43 CFR Part 4120).  The BLM has used these or similar forms to collect this type of information for the last several decades.
