As the State of Nevada continues to evaluate our adaptive operations plan, all offices remain closed, but are available for scheduled appointments, as appropriate. Our employees are always available by email and phone to answer questions and assist the public with their needs. The Winnemucca District Office boundary encompasses 11 million acres located in Humboldt and Pershing counties and portions of Washoe, Lyon and Churchill counties in the northwest corner of Nevada. The district office manages 74.6 per cent of these lands or 8.2 million acres of public lands.
