The 15-member Colorado Northwest RAC provides an avenue for public land users to provide the BLM with advice and recommendations on a wide variety of public land management issues within the Colorado River Valley, Grand Junction, Kremmling, White River and Little Snake field offices. The Colorado Northwest RAC operates on the principle of collaborative decision-making and strives for consensus before making official recommendations.
