A kiosk with safety and other information sits near the entrance. Cell phone reception is spotty.

One of the accessible toilets sits in the middle of the camping loop. The other is next to the campsite with the designated space on the east side of loop.

All campsites have fire rings with a grill attachment, except for 1 site that has a fire pit only. In addition, each site has at least 1 picnic table with inset legs allowing wheelchair users to pull up to the ends. There are no picnic shelters at the Campground but tree coverage provides some shade.

The Muddy Mountain Environmental Education Area has a 2-mile accessible trail that connects the Rim and Lodgepole Campgrounds. It has 28 interpretive signs and two scenic overlooks.
