BLM adjusts hours of operation at Santa Cruz Lake Recreation Area

TAOS, N.M. – The Bureau of Land Management Taos Field Office has adjusted the hours of operation for the Santa Cruz Lake Recreation Area. The hours of operation will be:

  • Thursday through Sunday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (day-use only)
  • Monday through Wednesday: Closed

The area will remain closed to all over-night camping.

“The BLM is happy to provide the wonderful recreation opportunities available at Santa Cruz Lake and looks forward to the public’s continued interest in the area,” said Judy Culver, BLM Taos Acting Field Manager.
