TWIN FALLS, ID – Visitors can expect construction activity and temporary closures of certain campsites at Lud Drexler Park near Salmon Falls Dam for the next month. Construction crews are working to replace eight picnic shelters within the campground. There are 20 campsites at the Lud Drexler Park.

The existing wooden picnic shelters are in poor condition and will be replaced with steel structure shelters on concrete pads. Future improvements at Lud Drexler include replacement and installation of additional shelters and fire rings throughout the remainder of the campground.

For more information about the project, contact the Burley Outdoor Recreation Planner Dennis Thompson at (208) 677-6664.
