Subject:           Availability and Renewal of Special Recreation Permit Application Form No. 2930-1 and Special Recreation Permit Form No. 2930-2

This Information Bulletin (IB) announces the availability and renewal of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Form No. 2930-1, Special Recreation Permit Application, and Form No. 2930-2, Special Recreation Permit.

BLM Form No. 2930-1 is a publicly available application form, and BLM Form No. 2930-2 is an internal form constituting the actual permit to be signed by an authorized officer.  Please replace previous editions of both forms.

The BLM Form No. 2930-1 is effective through the end of the month, three years from the date of this IB.  The form is attached and is available in fillable Adobe Acrobat PDF form on the BLM’s internal webpage at Form 2930-1 and on the BLM’s external webpage at Form 2930-1.

The BLM Form No. 2930-2 is effective through the end of the month, three years from the date of this IB.  The form is attached and is available on the BLM’s internal webpage at Form 2930-2.

The renewed Form No. 2930-1 replaces Appendix B-4 of BLM Handbook H-2930-1.

Renewal of BLM Forms No. 2930-1 and 2930-2 was coordinated with the Regulatory Affairs Division (HQ-630), reviewed by the Office of the Solicitor and approved by the Office of Management and Budget.
