Subject:           Release and Availability of Revised 508 Compliant Forms 8400-1, 8400-4, 8400-5, and 8400-6                                                                        

Visual Resource Management (VRM) forms 8400-1 Scenic Quality Field Inventory; 8400-4 Visual Contrast Rating Worksheet; 8400-5 Scenic Quality Rating Summary; and 8400-6 Sensitivity Rating Sheet have been updated into a 508 compliant fillable and savable format (Adobe Acrobat “portable document file” (.pdf)).  These forms are available for internal and external use and located on the BLM’s External Forms website at https://www.blm.gov/services/electronic-forms under the “Recreation” designation, and from BLM’s internal form site at https://blmspace.blm.doi.net/oc/intra/dbs/Pages/eForms.aspx.
