The Division of Fish, Wildlife and Plant Conservation (WO230) is soliciting nominations for the following awards:BLM/FS Natural Resource Conservation Awards (DD: 01/15/2011):
- Conservation Project Award
- Conservation Partner Award
- Linda Siebert Career Achievement Award
- Karl Urban Celebrating Wildflowers Award
BLM/Special Partner Awards:
- Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Elk Conservation Award (DD: 01/15/2011)
- National Wild Turkey Federation Making Tracks Award (DD: 12/21/2010)
- Mule Deer Foundation Mule Deer Conservation Award (DD: 11/19/2010)
Detailed descriptions of each award, eligibility requirements, and selection criteria can be found in Attachments 1 and 2. The BLM state directors, field managers, and employees are encouraged to submit nominations for one or more awards for individuals or groups who exemplify the performance or contributions described for each category.These awards provide an excellent opportunity for the BLM Director to recognize the hard work and professional dedication of BLM employees, individuals and organizations.
