The guide includes links to official guidance and examples for use in complying with the NEPA, and helpful ideas, tools, and techniques for making the NEPA process more efficient and effective and clear. The NEPA Web Guide can be accessed at: https://www.blm.gov.The Division of Decision Support, Planning and NEPA has also developed a new Land Use Planning Policy and Guidance web page that includes pertinent planning Instruction Memorandums and Instruction Bulletins back to 2000, and materials from the 2009 Planning Conference and 2010 Planning Workshop .
