(Last year, the eight topics submitted by BLM included Archaeology, Exploring Caves, Soil Importance, and the Lewis and Clark Expedition.) The resultant bureau-by-bureau topic compilation will then be presented to partner schools as part of a Department "Speaker Request Form" for use by teachers during the 2010-2011 school year.We would appreciate receiving your topic suggestions and a list of interested speakers (with office codes, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers) by September 10, 2010.
