Event Description

Join author and historian Josh Liller for a special America 250 lecture at the iconic Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, where history and landscape come together in one of Florida’s most storied locations.

As part of the ongoing effort to preserve and share the remarkable heritage of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, this program invites participants to explore the people, events, and pivotal moments that shaped both the region and the nation. Through compelling storytelling and expert insight, Historian Josh Liller brings America’s past to life in a dynamic and meaningful way.

Held on the scenic Lighthouse Terrace, this program offers an illuminating look at how the lighthouse and surrounding area evolved during decisive periods in American history. Guests will discover how national events—from conflict and innovation to cultural transformation—left their mark on Jupiter’s growth, development, and unique identity.
