Middle Fork Energy Uinta LLC authorized to proceed with Lovenia 43-29-723 gas wells

The Bureau of Land Management Vernal Field Office has issued an Environmental Assessment for the Lovenia 43-29-723 Well Pad: DOI-BLM-UT-G010-2026-0061-EA. The Responsible Official signed a decision record under which the BLM will approve fifteen Applications for Permit to Drill authorizing Middle Fork Energy Uinta LLC (the applicant) to drill gas wells producing from their existing federal mineral leases. The EA also analyzed construction of the well pad and associated infrastructure (access roads and pipelines) and drilling of one additional well in the future for a total of sixteen. The project location is on BLM-administered lands approximately 21 linear miles southeast of Vernal, Utah in Sections 28 and 29, Township 7 South, Range 23 East. S.L.B.&M. in Uintah County, Utah.
