Indian Peak Range Restoration Plan decision record vacated and remanded to BLM
On June 2, 2026, the United States Department of the Interior Office of Hearings and Appeals granted the BLM’s motion to vacate the Indian Peak Range Restoration Plan EA Decision Record and remand it to the BLM. The BLM expects to publish a revised EA, FONSI, and Decision Record.
