The BLM Cedar City Field Office has issued Categorical Exclusion documents and a final decision to provide a temporary closure for the Legacy Racing Association's "Dirt Rebelution" motorized race on BLM-administered lands in Iron County. This order is being issued to protect persons and to avoid conflict among users during race activities. The temporary closure will be in effect from Friday, August 28, 2026, at 12:00 AM and will terminate Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Daylight Time.
