BLM authorizes rights-of-way for 27 county roads in Uintah County

The Bureau of Land Management Vernal Field Office has issued Categorical Exclusion (CE) documentation for County Road Rights-Of-Way: DOI-BLM-UT-G010-2026-0083-EA. The Responsible Official signed a decision record under which the BLM will issue FLPMA Title V rights-of-way to Uintah County (the applicant) without any upgrades or additional surface disturbance. Maintenance and operation of the roads would stay within the existing disturbed boundaries. The project locations are twenty-seven existing county-claimed Class D roads on BLM-administered lands in Uintah County, Utah.

The decision record can be found at: https://eplanning.blm.gov/Project-Home/?id=57097571-852C-F111-8341-001DD8029ED0
