BLM issues decision on Row River Trail Fiber Optic
The Bureau of Land Management Northwest Oregon District Upper Willamette Field Office has issued a Decision Record for a categorical exclusion for applicant Douglas Services to install fiber optic line on BLM-administered land along and under the Row River Trail (DOI-BLM-ORWA-2026-N050-0005-CE).
This action would be implemented in located in southern Lane County, between Cottage Grove and Dorena Reservoir, along a segment of the Row River Trail.
