BLM Issues Decision on John Day River Special Recreation Permits
The Bureau of Land Management Central Oregon Field Office has issued a decision record for a categorical exclusion that establishes a consistent process for issuing Special Recreation Permits (SRPs) on the John Day River to meet operational needs and support high‑quality recreation opportunities.
