BLM Approves the Three Rivers 36 Lay Flat Pipeline in Utah

The BLM Vernal Field Office has issued Categorical Exclusion (CE) documentation for the Three Rivers 36 Lay Flat Pipeline: DOI-BLM-UT-G010-2026-0172-CE. The Responsible Official signed a decision record approving a right-of-way which authorizes Vaquero Uinta LLC (the applicant) to install a surface lay flat pipeline to support drilling and completion of two approved fluid mineral wells from the Three Rivers 36 Pad on TLA-administered land. The project location is in Sections 26 and 35 of Township 7 South, Range 20 East in Uintah County, Utah. The BLM decision only applies to the portion of the project proposed on lands under its jurisdiction.
