The Bureau of Land Management Vernal Field Office has issued an Environmental Assessment and decision record that authorizes approval of Applications for Permit to Drill for up to seven oil wells from a new well pad with an associated access road and pipeline corridor. The project location is on private surface in Uintah County, Utah; the target minerals are Indian Trust administered by the BLM.
