Wonsits Valley Temporary Lay-flat Water Pipeline:

The BLM Vernal Field Office has issued Categorical Exclusion documentation for the Wonsits Valley Temporary Lay-flat Water Pipeline: DOI-BLM-UT-G010-2026-0093-CE. The Responsible Official signed a decision record under which the BLM will amend right-of-way UTU94510 held by Koda Uinta, LLC (the applicant) to install temporary surface lay flat waterlines to transfer water for completion operations on fourteen locations on Tribal Trust surface estate. The project location is the borrow ditch along 0.7 mile of an existing Uintah County-claimed road (Harmston's Hole) in S2, Section 4, Township 8 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian (SLB&M) of Uintah County, Utah. The BLM decision only applies to land under its administration. T Tops 2 Natural Gas Wells:

The BLM Vernal Field Office has issued an Environmental Assessment for the T Tops 2 Natural Gas Wells: DOI-BLM-UT-G010-2026-0129-EA. The Responsible Official signed a decision record under which the BLM will authorize two Applications for Permit to Koda GNB, LLC, (the applicant) to drill wells producing from federal minerals. The well pad and associated surface infrastructure (access roads, pipelines, and a powerline) will be constructed on Utah Trust Lands Administration surface estate Lot 2 of Section 2, Township 10 South, Range 21 East, and Lot 2 of Section 35, Township 9 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian (SLB&M). The BLM decision only applies to minerals under its administrations. Goslin-Bender Mountain Vegetation Treatments:

The BLM Vernal Field Office has issued Categorical Exclusion documentation for the Goslin-Bender Mountain Vegetation Treatments: DOI-BLM-UT-G010-2026-0096-CE. The Responsible Official signed a decision record under which the BLM authorizes 3,307 acres of aerial herbicide application targeting cheatgrass and 2,312 acres of chainsaw lop and scatter targeting pinyon-juniper encroachment. The project location includes lands on Goslin and Bender Mountains about 60 miles north of Vernal near the three corners of Utah, Wyoming and Colorado in Daggett County. The project area includes 80 acres of UDWR-administered lands but the BLM decision only applies to land under its administration.
