Whitetail Day Use Area

The Whitetail Day Use Area is a good spot for bank fishing or launching a boat into the North Platte River. There's a boat ramp, parking area, interpretive signs and a vault toilet. It is ADA accessible. There is no fee to use this area.

From Alcova, travel east for 7.4 miles on Highway 220 to County Road 316 and turn left on County Road 316. Continue for 2.4 miles and turn right to the recreation site.
