Accessibility Description (ABA/ADA)
A large pull-out for the Campground near the highway has a shaded and angled interpretive panel with safety and site information.
The site has 3 camping loops of compacted gravel, each with 1 accessible double vault toilet and a gravel parking area that can accommodate several vehicles. Although none of the parking areas are designated as accessible, they should all be suitable for people with mobility devices. No cell phone service is available at this site.
All campsites have picnic tables, though they were not designed with accessibility in mind. Each campsite also has a fire ring with grill attachment.
In the front, southern loop, which has 6 campsites in all, sites 19 and 20 are the most accessible. These sites are nearest the toilet and have elevated tent pads.
The middle loop has 10 campsites. This is where the campground host, a kiosk with site information and brochures, and a fee-payment box and Scan & Pay station are located. A hand pump for drinking water is also in this loop, though it was not designed with accessibility in mind. In this loop, campsites 15 and 16 are the closest to the toilet.
The back, northern loop has 6 campsites. In this loop, campsites 9, 11, and 13 are closest to the toilet.
The back loop is near a day-use area that borders the creek and has additional interpretive panels about local flora and fauna. The-day use area has parking for 2 cars and a picnic shelter covering 1 table and a grill on a concrete pad. There are several steps at the entrance to the shelter.
