SILT, Colo. – The Bureau of Land Management is seeking public comments on an oil and gas development proposal west of DeBeque, Colo.

Black Hills Plateau Production’s DeBeque Southwest Master Development Plan proposes up to 104 horizontal wells on 13 new well pads over the next three to five years. The BLM is asking the public to identify comments, concerns and issues before it begins drafting the environmental assessment of this proposal.
