BLM seeks comments on grazing permit renewals in Grand and Jackson counties

KREMMLING – The Bureau of Land Management seeks comments on renewals of 13 livestock grazing permits that expire within the Kremmling Field Office boundaries in 2015.
This includes seven grazing permits on seven allotments in Middle Park in Grand County and six grazing permits on 16 allotments in North Park in Jackson County.
Also, one new permit for one allotment in the North Park in Jackson County is scheduled for review.

Before the BLM begins writing an environmental analysis for these permit renewals, it wants to hear from the public about any general or allotment-specific issues, concerns or information that should be considered as part of this assessment.
Comments will be accepted throughout 2015 but will be most helpful if received by March 31, 2015, at the Kremmling Field Office, P.O. Box 68, Kremmling, CO 80459.
