REDDING, Calif. - The Bureau of Land Management will host an open house Oct. 21 from 10 a.m. to noon at its new Redding Office, 6640 Lockheed Drive.

The open house program will include a ribbon cutting, refreshments and speakers celebrating the Federal Land Policy and Management Act 40th anniversary.

"The new office building will include both the Redding Field Office and the Northern California District Office under one roof," said Jennifer Mata, Redding Field Manager. "It is more energy efficient and is close to other federal partners in town."

For more information, contact the Redding Field Office at (530) 224-2100.
