DENVER — The Bureau of Land Management Colorado State Office has posted its list of parcels for the quarterly competitive oil and gas lease sale scheduled for 9 a.m., May 12, 2011, at the State Office in Lakewood.Twelve parcels with a total of 7,045 acres are being offered; 11 of the parcels are in Rio Blanco County and one parcel is in Garfield County. The deadline for submitting protests is 4 p.m., March 14.Additional lease sale information can be obtained online at http://www.blm.gov/co/st/en/BLM_Programs/oilandgas/leasing.html, at each of the Bureau’s field offices, and the BLM Colorado State Office Public Room, 2850 Youngfield St., Lakewood, CO.
