BLM begins protest period on proposed plan amendment

(MILES CITY, Mont.) – The Bureau of Land Management Miles City Field Office has completed an environmental assessment and proposed plan amendment to the 2015 Resource Management Plan, as amended, to consider conveyance of the reversionary interest -through a direct sale at fair market value- on 11.83 acres on a Recreation and Public Purposes Act Patent to Miles Community College under the Federal Land Policy and Management Act. 

The proposed plan amendment is available for a 30-day protest period.  All protests must be submitted in writing and received on or before Aug. 10, 2020.
