Hubbard Mesa Off-Highway-Vehicle Area Map

Hubbard Mesa is a BLM designated area for Off-Highway-Vehicle use. It sits at the base of the Roan Plateau, just outside of Rifle, CO. Users can enjoy a variety of terrain and difficulty levels within the designated OHV area. BLM has partnered with many entities to make the experience at Hubbard Mesa even more enjoyable, with restrooms available at the main parking area, as well as a shade shelter and a kids’ training course.
