Utah Communications Authority authorized to construct communication site
The BLM Richfield Field Office has issued the Categorical Exclusion and Decision Record for NEPA number: DOI-BLM-UT-C020-2026-0013-CE. The BLM received an application from Utah Communications Authority (UCA) to build a passive reflector/repeater communication site in the Richfield Field Office, Utah. The BLM has granted UCA the ability to build and maintain this site to assist in broadening the operational capabilities of UCA's public safety network on lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Richfield Field Office (RFO).
