CASPER, Wyo. – The National Historic Trails Interpretive Center in Casper will temporarily close to the public beginning Aug. 7, 2025. The City of Casper will be conducting road and water line upgrades along N. Poplar Street. No alternative facility access is available during this construction.

“We apologize for any inconvenience the closure may cause and appreciate the community’s patience during this time,” said Ben Bigalke, Bureau of Land Management High Plains Associate District Manager. “We will provide an update to the public as soon as we are able to re-open.”
