KEMMERER, Wyo. — The Bureau of Land Management Kemmerer field office plans to issue a categorical exclusion to install fences in critical riparian areas to control and exclude livestock grazing riparian areas.

This project is located in Uinta County, within the Uinta Priority Habitat Management Area for Greater sage-grouse. The CX will disturb less than 10 acres and is more than 0.6 miles from the perimeter of an occupied Core-area lek.
