Notification of Announcement for the Honey Creek Road Easement 2026 Categorical Exclusion
The Swiftwater Field Office of the Roseburg District Bureau of Land Management has posted the Honey Creek Road Easement Acquisition 2026 Categorical Exclusion (CE) and Decision Record (DR), NEPA No. (DOI-BLM-ORWA-R040-2026-0008-CE), which authorizes acquiring an easement from Douglas County to the BLM for an existing road that was realigned out of the floodplain. The documents are available for review as of September 17, 2026, at the BLM National NEPA Register (ePlanning) website under the following project link: Honey Creek Road Easement Acquisition 2026 ePlanning Home Page. The 30-day appeal period will begin September 17, 2026, and end at 4:30PM Pacific Time on October 16, 2026.
