The South River Field Office of the Roseburg District Bureau of Land Management has posted the 2025 South River Fuel Break Categorical Exclusion and Decision Record, NEPA No. DOI-BLM-ORWA-R050-2025-0003-CX. The documents are available for review as of September 15, 2025, at the BLM National NEPA Register (ePlanning) website under the following project link: 2025 South River Fuel Break. The 30-day appeal period will begin September 16, 2025, and end at 4:30PM Pacific Time on October 15, 2025.
