The BLM Richfield Field Office has issued a decision on the Categorical Exclusion and Decision Record for NEPA number: DOI-BLM-UT-C020-2025-0034-CX. The BLM received an application from North Sevier High School on June 30, 2025, that requests the upgrade of the existing "NS" on Black Cap Mountain to the East of Salina, Utah. Upgrades include new paint and perimeter solar powered lighting for the hillside letters.
