Event Description
Join us May 30 for our next Pioneer Trail Trek! Trekkers will explore noteworthy sites along the Oregon, Mormon, California and Pony Express national historic trails while hearing firsthand stories through journals and diary readings from pioneers who once traveled these same trails.
To participate, meet at the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center parking lot at 8 a.m. May 30. We recommend four-wheel-drive, high-clearance vehicles to traverse the planned route along County Roads 308-319, also known as the Oregon Trail Road.
Bring lunch, water, snacks, sturdy footwear and layers in case of changing weather or uneven terrain!
